"Super service"

I ordered fish and chips for 4 people through a delivery company as we live 3 miles from this fish and chip shop. Their system messed up and I was left waiting nearly 2 hours for my delivery. I contacted Jaws and they confirmed no order had arrived and as I was talking to the manager I heard the ping as the order arrived an hour late. This chip shop gave us extra food to compensate for the delay even though it was not their fault and we got the food piping hot so fresh cooked and sent over asap. I have ordered from this shop before and always got good service. This time they went over and above what was required. I will definitely be ordering from here again just not via the delivery company I used this time. Much appreciated and thanks to all the staff who rushed my families lunch through as soon as they could..
